Newborn Bedside Cot
A newborn bedside cot is a tiny sleeper that allows new babies to sleep in the same room as their parents, without the risks of true co-sleeping (which the AAP advises against due to SIDS and suffocation). It also makes mid-night nursing sessions and child care more convenient.
